Car Next Door was Australia's peer-to-peer carsharing platform, acquired by Uber in 2022 (Uber Carshare was then closed by Uber in 2024). I joined as Fleet Manager in 2016 and progressed through Product Manager roles to Strategy & Operations leadership, playing a key role in scaling the business from startup through acquisition and integration into Uber's global mobility platform.
